Here’s how to get started:
1. Sign up today (contact me!) and receive your consultation questionnaire. Once you fill it out and send it back, we will be ready to jump in.
2. Schedule your 3 private sessions to take place during your 28 day program (at the kickoff, in the middle and at the end). The kickoff is a 90 minutes session to go over your health history, evaluate your clinical questionnaires, and develop your road map. The other two sessions are 50 minutes long and will include a review of your goals, recommendations, and tools to begin understanding what causes your cravings and how to enjoy a balanced, easy way of eating.
3. Participate in your three sessions and follow through on your commitment to stick to the program.
