I love smoothie bowls because they force you to slow down and ‘chew’ more than you would a regular smoothie, which is key because chewing releasing important enzymes to help you digest your food!
Of course, this smoothie is a quick way to get in lots of phytonutrients, healthy fats, plant protein, Vit C, calcium, fiber, and so much more. My favorite way to start a day with vibrant, sustained energy.
2 c spinach or mixed power greens
1 c water
1/2 c frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs chia
1. Blend greens and water together first.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Serve with fresh fruit!
Enjoy while sitting and doing nothing more than that. 🙂
