I am excited to share my favorite electrolyte lemonade drink recipe with you today! It’s chock full of amazing ingredients that I describe below, and it’s not just something you want to drink during detox..it’s a drink you can use anytime you feel like you’re losing a lot of water via sweat or digestive upset.
Toxicity can lead to fatigue issues, hormone imbalance, weight gain, leaky gut issues, thyroid problems, and the World Health Org just came out and said that 80% of cancer is due to toxicity. Toxins turn on your DNA in a way that can produce cancer cells.
This liver cleanse is very targeted and only lasts 7 lil’ ol’ days. In Eastern cultures, Spring is the time for regeneration and renewal and it’s when we focus on cleansing the liver and gallbladder.

Here’s to spring rejuvenation!
- 3 peeled and seeded lemons
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 pear or apple cored
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- water to fill the blender
Blend until smooth.
Store at room temperature in a glass jar for the day and drink as needed.
