Week 1: Your 90-Minute Retreat
Let’s set the stage, create a roadmap, & shift into a just-right mindset
Kick off your journey with 90 minutes together. We’ll take a magnifying glass to your hormones, gut, and inflammation questionnaires to identify exactly which imbalances are holding you back from feeling like your best self and create our roadmap. You’ll be guided through a process of learning what motivates you and how to tap into your deepest desires. We’ll begin to work with powerful psychological tools to shift into a growth mindset and allow real change to happen (and stick!).
Week 2: Weaning Week
Let’s remove toxic junk, balance our blood sugar, & identify unwanted habits
We’ll begin to build the foundation for our anti-inflammatory/hormone balancing cleanse by removing the top 5 inflammatory foods and toxic 12 major health disruptors. Slide into a blood-sugar balancing plan (the first step to tackling hormonal problems) that will help you start dropping pounds and building your energy stores. We’ll use proven techniques to begin replacing unwanted habits with healthy ones and I’ll show you how creating rituals have a powerful effect on your health and wellness.
Week 3: Let’s Rev It UP!
Douse the fires of inflammation, optimize sleep, send your cravings packing
Now it’s time to douse the fire of inflammation which will strengthen your immune system, ward off disease, and set the stage for hormonal harmony (and rev up fat burning mode!). We’ll dig into the importance of sleep and how it impacts your energy, weight loss, and moods, and I’ll give you tools to optimize a plan to be sure you get the ‘just right’ amount every night. You’ll begin to learn techniques to tame cortisol, the queen of all hormones, and it’s powerful effect it has on all other hormones and organs. We’ll focus on what’s causing your cravings and I’ll teach you powerful techniques to begin eliminating those that aren’t serving your highest self.

Week 4: DIVE IN
Full hormone balancing cleanse begins and how to manage emotional eating
This week we’ll kick off our full 21-day hormone balancing whole-foods cleanse. Our focus will be on the foods that give you oodles of energy, and a clean slate to work with so you can learn to eat food that nourishes you, makes you feel well, and comfortable in your own body. We’ll laser in on our elimination organs as they are essential for ushering out hormones and chemicals that become toxic to your health (ie, estrogen dominance is a good example of a hormonal buildup that needs to be eliminated). You’ll get comprehensive instruction on how to manage emotional eating, and learn techniques to calm your nervous system to allow your body to ‘rest and digest’ as it should.
Week 5: Keep on Keepin’ On
Continuing cleanse, glorious gut health, tame your inner critic
Continuing with our cleanse we’ll jump into optimizing your gut health for the long term (80% of your immune system lies here) to optimize hormonal balance, boost immunity, stabilize mood, depression, anxiety, sugar cravings, and weight loss resistance. Receive a special detailed guide on how to keep your home and beauty care products toxin free. You’ll get expert guidance on taming the inner critic so you can become your true rock-star self.

Week 6: Hormonal Harmony Revved Up
Final cleanse, targeted hormone plan, and mindfulness meditation
This is where we set into motion your specific, clinically proven hormone balancing plan (although, by now, you’re already feeling MUCH better so it’s about fine-tuning). LOVE that! You’ll receive a scientifically evidenced based detailed plan on dietary, lifestyle and targeted supplements that will keep your hormones happy each and every day. I’ll introduce you to a hunger-scale that will assist you to finding the sweet spot with hunger and to identify, “just what kind of hungry” are you? I’ll also be giving you a special guided Mindfulness Meditation along with my body loving, calming yoga routine that can be done anywhere, anytime, to replenish and restore.
Week 7: Re-Introduction Week
Dig into foods that are or are not serving you, and the pleasure factor
It’s time to reintroduce the foods that will serve your highest good. This is the fun part! You’ll receive step-by-step guidance on how to find out which foods may have been causing disruption and which foods truly nourish you. We’ll dig into the importance of fun and pleasure and find ways to infuse your life with it (even while cleaning the bathroom with your non-toxic products☺).

Week 8: It’s ALL Coming Together!
Meal planning, just-right exercise, + getting older without aging
Time to check in on the re-introduction phase and see what foods are making you thrive or take a dive. This is when the beauty of the program all comes together. I’ll guide you to finding ways to replace these foods and build meal plans around them. We’ll focus on JUST RIGHT exercise for you now that you’re at cruising altitude! And, we’ll set our sights on research based steps for getting older without aging and staying the goddess you are.
Week 9: Tweak, Refine, Repeat
Body love and refinement
This week we’ll check in on your hormonal roadmap and tweak, refine, add-to or eliminate for one final pass. You’re feeling incredible in your skin, your glow has returned, you know which foods make you thrive and give you energy, stable moods, your weight is just where it should be or is on the right path…and you’ve got a renewed love of your body. You’ve reclaimed it and you’re in control of your cravings, you know what your body needs, and you have all the tools to keep moving forward.
Week 10: Time to Celebrate!
Moving forward with intention
This is your celebration week! We’ll take time to reflect on your transformation, congratulate your commitment to becoming besties with your body create a plan for moving forward. Whoohooo!
